The times, they are always a-changin'. The son of one of the most prolific and esteemed American singer-songwriters in history scored two hits ("One Headlight," "6th Avenue Heartache") arguably as popular as anything in his father's canon, but we'll only remember them as '90s "buzz bin" tracks. Although the younger Dylan's Wallflowers are currently in limbo, he's pressing forward with this acoustic debut, produced by the immortal Rick Rubin.
