Celebrating Soulive's 21st year.. Never before heard! 'Soulive 1999 - Gettin Down At Hampshire College' is a live album recorded May 2nd 1999. It was unearthed in 2020 and mixed / mastered in 2020 by Soulive's Alan Evans. The album capture an incredible performance by the legends of the modern funk/souljazz scene, just 2 months after the recording of their classic first album Get Down. The album includes blistering extended renditions of Soulive classic tracks - Steppin', Doin' Something, Azucar and Turn It Out. Not only are the performances amazing but so too is the sound quality, it sounds fabulous. Lovingly mixed and mastered from the original tapes by Alan Evans. The album captures a special night.
