Kitaro's music never fails to enchant. To date, he has performed around the world, bringing his unique blend of Asian-inspired synthesizer music to the masses far and wide. In March of 2014, Kitaro made his first appearance in Istanbul, Turkey - this live recording captures highlights from that set. The recording boasts stunning clarity as Kitaro glides through eight of his most acclaimed pieces of music, like the theme from 'Silk Road,' the main theme from 'Heaven and Earth' and the title track from his Grammy winning album 'Thinking of You.' the selections are dreamy and grand, with swooping synthesizers paired by lush orchestration, encouraging you to depart into his composed land of dreams and fantasy. The program was recorded at the Halic Congress Center in March of 2014.
